We are looking for an L&D Associate / Instructional Designer to support the design, development, and delivery of learning solutions that help our colleagues and our clients build capability. The role will support the wider L&D team across learning design, content development, learning technology, and learning operations, working closely with subject-matter experts and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Apply learning models, frameworks, and technologies to design effective, high-quality learning experiences Create learning solutions for web-based learning, instructor-led and virtual workshops Support the development of AI-enabled learning experiences, including chatbots Support learning operations and coordination activities Build trusted relationships with stakeholders Education, Experience & Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 2-3 years of experience required Experience using learning and creative tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, MS Office, Figma) and applying learning frameworks such as ADDIE and Kirkpatrick Experience with LMS, LXP, and web-based learning platforms, with a basic understanding of APIs, system integrations Exposure to chatbot development using Node.js and Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities What you can expect from us We won’t just meet your expectations.
