Company Description Swissotel Resort El Qusier Job Description We're looking for an organized and collaborative L&D Coordinator to join our team in El Qusier, Egypt. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, coordinating, and delivering learning and development initiatives that support employee growth and organizational success. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning within our organization. Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and delivery of training programs and workshops for employees at all levels Support the development of training materials, including presentations, manuals, and digital content Organize logistics for training events, including venue arrangements, equipment setup, and participant communications Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions Track training attendance, completion rates, and participant feedback to measure program effectiveness Collaborate with department managers to understand their team's development needs and customize training solutions Maintain organized records of all training activities, certifications, and employee development plans Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the organization Support the evaluation and selection of external training vendors and learning resources Communicate training opportunities and program updates to employees through various channels Qualifications **Required Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field 1-3 years of experience in learning and development, training coordination, or human resources Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy and quality Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines Job-Category: Talent & Culture Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
