What We Are Looking For: This position will be within the L&D team here at Aspida. As a broader part of the L&D/HR department, this position will have the ability to gain exposure to other functions and high impact projects. This role is required to be onsite 3 days a week at our Durham, NC headquarters. Training Program Support Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating training sessions, workshops, and webinars. Support the development and updating of training materials, presentations, and handouts. Content Creation & Design Create engaging learning content using tools like PowerPoint, Canva, or eLearning authoring software (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate). Data Collection & Evaluation Collect and analyze feedback from training sessions (e.g., post-training surveys). Help create reports summarizing training effectiveness and engagement. Employee Engagement Assist with organizing learning-related events such as Lunch & Learns or leadership development programs. Support internal communication efforts promoting L&D opportunities vi newsletters, emails, or intranet updates. Research & Benchmarking Conduct research on best practices in learning trends, tools, and technologies. Benchmark training programs against industry standards and competitors. Administrative Support Schedule training sessions and manage logistics (e.g., room bookings, calendar invites, equipment setup). Maintain organized digital files and training documentation. Special Projects Support L&D initiatives such as diversity and inclusion training, career development programs, or mentorship programs. Contribute to one-time or long-term projects aligned with HR or organizational goals.
