Job Description The Knowledge & Competence department ensures that engineering staff have the skills needed to meet current and future challenges. Working closely with business units, asset management, and the internal academy, the team develops and maintains key competencies. Key Responsibilities Talent Development & Training Pathways Update training content with content owners Plan and track training activities with the internal academy Knowledge Base Management Create and update competency frameworks (technical and non-technical, soft and hard skills) Stakeholder Coordination Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, Safety, and the internal academy on all learning and development matters Centralized Governance Monitor documents, processes, tools, and training related to competencies Analysis & Reporting Produce relevant statistics and dashboards for the Infrastructure division Qualifications Profile Sought Education: Master’s degree or equivalent Experience: Minimum 5 years in a technical environment Key Skills: Project management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management Strong focus on safety and quality Autonomy, rigor, and ability to work independently Analytical skills, reporting, and dashboard creation Knowledge of LMS and e-learning platforms (a plus) Customer orientation and strong interpersonal skills Languages: Proficiency in French, Dutch, and English (spoken and written) Additional Information Additional Information Candidates must have a valid work and residence permit for Belgium (if non-EU) The client values diversity and inclusion, offering a positive work culture focused on well-being Opportunity to contribute to innovative, ground-breaking technologies in the energy sector
