WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

You will have previous experience of working within Learning & Development preferably in the hospitality industry.
Personality is the key to our roles, as is a genuine passion about people. You will have a bubbly, welcoming personality; have excellent communication and presentation skills; be a team player and pride yourself on delivering exceptional service with genuine warmth. Excellent command of the English language is required. We want people who are confident, willing to multitask and undertake duties outside of the normal job description, are easy to be around and can really contribute to delivering on our L&D strategy and objectives to support a successful hotel operation.

Responsibilities
  • Onboard new associates by developing engaging orientation programs and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Develop and implement training programs aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify employee learning needs through assessments, feedback, and performance evaluations.
  • Organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and e-learning initiatives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with department heads to support continuous professional development.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in learning and development to ensure innovative training solutions.
  • Maintain training records and prepare reports on program success and participation
