Modern Family Law (MFL), a rapidly expanding national law firm specializing in Family Law, is seeking an L&D Paralegal Training Specialist to join our offices remotely in Texas.
In this role, you will be primarily responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive structured and scalable training program that supports our paralegals at all levels – from onboarding new hires to upskilling seasoned professionals. You will report to and collaborate with the Director of Learning and Development (L&D) to create engaging on-demand content and lead live training workshops to ensure our paralegals have the legal knowledge and practical skills they need to be successful at MFL. QUALIFICATIONS
Required Education & Experience:
Experience designing and delivering legal or other training (can include internal firm training, CLEs, college instruction, or legal tech/LMS development).
Preferred Experience:
Experience working at a multi-office law firm or managing jurisdictional differences in training materials.
