JOB SUMMARY:

Leading L&D programming for the Equipment business stream to support achievement of all Business Goals. This role will design, create, implement, manage, and measure these programs. Programming will include role specific content both technical and non-technical and defined experiential learning. Roles include Commercial Sales Office equipment estimators, project engineers/manager, equipment administrators, and Account Managers. Programming format will include in-person, live virtual, and asynchronous learning.

• Owning Field Sales Office Development Programs for all roles in the Equipment Business Stream
• Alignment with Business individual role requirements for skills and competencies
• Alignment with other internal L&D strategic programs at Business, Regional and Enterprise level.
• Design and Creation of live and asynchronous learning experiences based on needs analysis
• Measurement: Owning and tracking of metrics for this population
