About The Role You'll be working directly under the L&D Lead, hands-on and execution-focused, keeping multiple concurrent training projects moving. This is a fast-paced role where no two weeks look the same — expect variety, tight deadlines, and a team that moves quick and doesn't take itself too seriously. What You'll Do End-to-end content & module production — script writing, slide creation, visual assets, video assembly, LMS upload & tagging BAU operations — learner data management, LMS administration, evaluation data collection, basic reporting Admin & coordination — scheduling, documentation, stakeholder follow-up, vendor coordination support What We're Looking For Hard skills: 1–3 years of relevant experience — fresh graduates are welcome to apply, internship experience counts Comfortable with Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs) and Canva Can handle and organize work across multiple projects simultaneously Who you are: Talkative and people-energized — you'll deal with a lot of people regularly, and we need someone who genuinely enjoys that, not just tolerates it Initiative-driven — you don't wait to be told twice.
