As our Learning & Development Specialist in Manila, Philippines, you will play a key role in delivering consistent, high-quality training for our operations teams. This role is ideal for someone who excels at facilitation, enjoys working with new hires, and can confidently pick up existing programs and deliver them repeatedly as part of structured onboarding cycles. You will help build and maintain a strong learning culture by ensuring every new team member feels welcomed, supported, and set up for success from Day One. Responsibilities Training Ownership & Delivery Lead recurring onboarding and foundational training sessions for new hires. Deliver established training programs consistently and accurately across multiple cohorts. Facilitate learning across various modalities: in‑person, virtual, and on‑the‑floor coaching. Create an engaging and welcoming environment for new hires and support them during the transition into their roles. Content & Process Improvement Create clear, practical training materials such as SOPs, quick guides, and job aids. Continuously evaluate and refine training programs using learner feedback, observations, and performance data. Support LMS setup, configuration, enrollment workflows, and digital learning initiatives. Partner with operational teams to identify learning needs and recommend solutions that support performance and productivity. Experience Requirements Experience of delivering training within a BPO setting 5+ years in a full-time Learning & Development role. Proven experience owning training programs from concept through delivery and continuous improvement. Experience designing and facilitating learning across digital, classroom, and blended modalities. Strong facilitation experience, especially in delivering onboarding programs. LMS experience. Salesforce experience. Articulate, Captivate, or other L&D authoring platform experience. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Certification in instructional design or facilitation (completed or in progress) is a plus. Strong understanding of basic training delivery and the training lifecycle. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Ability to deliver training consistently and clearly across multiple onboarding cycles. Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
