L’ORÉAL LUXE OMNI RETAIL MAKE UP EDUCATION EXECUTIVE

L’Oréal Luxe are on the lookout for a Omni Retail Education Executive for the Make Up Category across the division. You will be the face of the category to our Retail & Omni Education team. You champion category values & trends to inspire and drive our teams to deliver a world-class consumer experience & category expertise & story-telling. You champion product, services and experiences across the category, setting a high standard, and fostering a culture of coaching where each of our team feels developed & nurtured. You will deliver training and engagement programs with the Omni Retail Education Manager & Multi-brand training team for mono brand, luxe and retailer BA communities.

LUXE CATEGORY EDUCATION

  • In Collaboration with the YSL + PRADA Omni Retail Education Manager, lead the Makeup category education strategy for the division and deliver a category omni-education program.
  • Collaborate with the total Omni Services Education, Retail Field, Category & BU teams to ensure training & education needs, including conferences.
  • Keep up with the latest Education trends and self-development, especially on category trends and services, to leverage opportunities and upskill our retail community.
  • Collaborate with Brand and multi-brand teams to elevate the category in their training and coaching, engage the community on the category, and drive the business results for the category and overall.
  • Deliver the Makeup education strategy, ensuring to meet the needs of our teams and engage all BA models & Channels of distribution (Luxe BAs, Mono Brand & Retailer BAs).
  • Create modules & content for One Retail & Trainings (Brand & MB).
  • Support Education & Field teams in training & coaching for their in-store teams (Luxe, Mono & Retailer BA).
  • Attends, supports & participates in relevant divisional meetings/project groups. Create, as well as localise global education programs on all categories of the brands.
  • Through regular store visits, bring to life brand education & coaching of BAs to elevate category & consumer experience.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of training programmes and report on improvement and impact on sales/service for feedback to stakeholders.

EDUCATION BUDGET & OPERATION

  • Deliver the education strategy on time & in budget.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Luxe Training to deliver on the multi-brand education calendar & key deliverables.
  • Support the delivery of the BA conferences, Retail Drives & Retailer conferences (content etc).
