Responsibilities
  • You will be a genuine Brand Ambassador, following the One Luxe selling steps, services, and retail excellence at all times
  • You will be confident to drive retail through the execution of service and eventing. You will be responsible for growing our retail performance through achieving One Luxe KPIs.
  • You will motive store teams, leading from the front and sharing your expertise and knowledge as well as driving their own retail achievements.
  • When you aren’t eventing, or coaching you will be in store leading by example and driving retail performance of top doors
  • You will motivate teams through engaging content on internal Luxe platforms
  • You will have the ability to build solid relationships with the in-store teams and influence key stakeholders across the business.
  • You will be organised by nature and be able to prioritise planning for eventing in stores, alongside the retail and education priorities. Ensuring you are maximising your time and having a positive impact in all stores.
  • You will be results orientated and will share detailed feedback including key learns and new initiatives on a regular basis.
  • You may be asked to represent One Luxe at external events
  • Staying Trend-Forward: Maintain a strong understanding of the latest makeup, skincare, fragrance and wellness trends to provide expert advice and personalized recommendations.
  • Brand Advocacy: Passionately represent L’Oréal Luxe brands and share your expertise on internal and external social media platforms, adhering to company guidelines.
  • Driving CRM & Data capture at all events/store visits to increase customer loyalty
