As our Education Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the knowledge and skills of our sales and marketing teams, enabling them to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive the success of our dermatological brands.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead through Knowledge: Deliver comprehensive training on medical terminologies, concepts, and pathologies relevant to our dermatological portfolio.
• Empower Sales Excellence: Foster and drive sales performance by equipping teams with in-depth technical product mastery and implementing global best practices.
• Be a Brand Ambassador: Impersonate and transmit our brand values to the distribution network, ensuring a unified and compelling brand message.
• Shape the Learning Journey: Design and deliver engaging training modules on new product launches and keep teams at the forefront of industry knowledge. Monitor competitive activity to ensure our training remains cutting-edge.
• Gather Market Insights: Capture valuable feedback from the field and leverage insights from medical professionals to refine training programs.
• Develop & Implement Training Strategy: Create and execute a national training program in alignment with marketing objectives, ensuring medical expertise is integrated at all levels of the organization.
• Foster Continuous Growth: Support teams in developing their expertise and provide guidance on leveraging knowledge to effectively engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), the medical community, and key stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Competencies:

• Medical/Scientific qualification (BSc, Pharmacy) or equivalent experience in the medical/pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of dermatological pathologies.
• Ability to create and execute local education strategies in line with global brand and LDB strategies.
• Demonstrated experience in developing engaging and effective training materials.
• Proven success in deploying global and localized education programs, including face-to-face, event-based, and digital learning formats.
• Experience activating local content and tailoring global initiatives to the South African market.
• Strong analytical skills to strategize, track, and analyze education performance through global and local KPIs.
