Let’s build the future together!   ACTIVITIES Integrated within the Test Suites - Engineering team in Fime Lille, your missions will focus on the development of production test solutions:   * Design and develop automated test software in C# for production and validation environments * Develop and maintain test benches (hardware + software) for electronic devices * Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and production test procedures * Interface test systems with measurement instruments, DUTs (Device Under Test), and production equipment * Develop drivers and communication layers (USB, UART, SPI, I2C, Ethernet, etc.) * Ensure traceability, data logging, and reporting of test results * Optimize test sequences for cycle time, robustness, and yield improvement * Perform debugging and root cause analysis of failures during validation and production * Collaborate with R&D, hardware, firmware, and industrialization teams * Support deployment of test solutions in production lines (factory support, troubleshooting) * Maintain and improve existing test systems and tools   JOB EXPERIENCE * Educational Background: Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or technically related discipline. * Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in Software and Hardware development. * Experience in test system development for production or validation * Experience interfacing with test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, RF instruments, etc.)   KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Hard Skills (Technical) * Strong proficiency in C# development (test software, industrial applications, or automation tools) * Good knowledge of electronics and embedded systems * Knowledge of communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, USB, Ethernet, etc.) * Understanding industrial test constraints (cycle time, reliability, traceability) * Strong debugging and problem-solving skills (hardware + software) * Below skills are plus points: 1. Programming skills in LabVIEW, Python, C/C++ (plus) 2. Knowledge of RF technologies (NFC, contactless, or wireless communication) (plus) 3. Experience with production environments or manufacturing test systems (plus) 4. Familiarity with test automation frameworks (plus) 5. Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (plus) 6. Basic knowledge of hardware design tools (e.g., Altium) (plus) Soft Skills * Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail * Ability to take initiative and propose improvements * Adaptability to new technologies and industrial constraints * Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams * Rigorous, organized, and quality-driven * Strong communication skills * Fluent in English   Contract: Permanent (CDI) Starting at the latest: ASAP Location: Lille / Caen (France) Work Mode: Hybrid.
