6-MONTH FIXED TERM

We’re looking for a hands-on and proactive L2 Desktop Support Engineer to join our Global Desktop Engineering team. You’ll provide advanced support for Windows Desktops (physical and virtual) and tackle escalations, helping us deliver a top-tier experience across our offices with a special focus on the APAC region.

THE ROLE:

• Support and maintain global desktop platforms and infrastructure.
• Manage OS patching and deployments across Windows environments.
• Package and deploy custom desktop applications.
• Act as the escalation point for APAC End User Services issues.
• Drive adoption of global standards while tailoring for local nuances.
• Mentor Service Desk and End User Services teams.
• Recommend and introduce new technologies for better security and user experience.
• Collaborate with Wintel, Network, and 3rd party teams on global desktop projects.
• Maintain strong documentation, standards, and reporting.
• Participate in large desktop transformation and modernization initiatives.
