Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

  • Support and maintain global desktop platforms and infrastructure.
  • Manage OS patching and deployments across Windows environments.
  • Package and deploy custom desktop applications.
  • Act as the escalation point for APAC End User Services issues.
  • Drive adoption of global standards while tailoring for local nuances.
  • Mentor Service Desk and End User Services teams.
  • Recommend and introduce new technologies for better security and user experience.
  • Collaborate with Wintel, Network, and 3rd party teams on global desktop projects.
  • Maintain strong documentation, standards, and reporting.
  • Participate in large desktop transformation and modernization initiatives.
