Description

We are seeking an onsite IT & Network Support Engineer/Technician for casual freelance-based tasks in your region. Would you be open to contract-based assignments? Compensation will be offered per hour, per day, or half-day, depending on the task. Tickets will be assigned based on your location, and you can accept them as per your availability on weekdays or weekends.
The tasks include L1 and L2 IT/Networking support, such as desktop troubleshooting, server/rack components (e.g., HDD) installation or replacement, and providing onsite console access (Router/Switch/Firewall, etc.) for remote teams.

REQUIRED SKILL SET:

✅ Proven experience in Desktop/System Administration, Customer Service, and Incident/Change/Release Management on Windows platforms
✅ Trained and certified in Windows Server Administration and ITIL, with an understanding of automation/programming techniques for efficiency
✅ Good knowledge of DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, Wi-Fi, LAN, and basic network configuration and subnetting
✅ Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills across iOS, Android, Windows, and BlackBerry operating systems
