What You'll Do ​ • Provide onsite and remote desktop support by installing, imaging, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows laptops/desktops, Mac devices, printers, mobile devices, and Microsoft Office applications while ensuring excellent end-user support. • Manage hardware lifecycle activities including hardware refreshes, asset tagging, inventory management, warranty repairs, data backup coordination, depot services, spare parts management, and onboarding support for new employees. • Handle service requests and incidents through the ticketing system, coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, support VIP users, maintain inventory reports, and ensure all work complies with company standards and service expectations. Requirements What You Need • 3–5 years of IT/Desktop Support experience, preferably within an enterprise or Help Desk environment. • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, Windows 10 imaging, printer support, and basic networking concepts such as TCP/IP, Windows Networking, and Ethernet. • Experience with hardware deployment, asset management, inventory control, remote support, and Help Desk or Service Desk operations. • Excellent customer service, communication, troubleshooting, organizational, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize competing requests. • CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or equivalent certifications are preferred. • Willingness to work extended hours or modified schedules when required to support planned activities or emergency situations.
