We’re seeking a skilled Network Engineer (level-2) to join a large-scale network refresh project at our client’s in Perth. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on engineer with strong experience in Juniper networks to play a critical role in maintaining and uplifting the client’s infrastructure.

THE ROLE

As a Network Engineer, you’ll be responsible for both BAU support and project-based activities, with a strong focus on incident/ticket resolution, patching, and remediation. You’ll work within an open and collaborative team structure, reporting directly to the Network Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide day-to-day BAU support, including incident and ticket resolution.
• Perform network patching, upgrades, and remediation activities.
• Support the ongoing network refresh project leveraging Juniper technologies.
• Escalate issues when required, while managing mid-level engineering responsibilities independently.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth network operations.
