Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve software issues escalated from L1 support. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and staff. Participate in the development of software applications and systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements. Enhance existing software solutions based on client needs and feedback. Document technical processes and solutions for knowledge sharing. Assist in the deployment and maintenance of software solutions. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development or support role. Strong understanding of software development methodologies and practices. Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. Experience with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts.
