You will thrive in this role if you are: A curious problem solver who challenges the status quo A collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing Excited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) Role & Responsibilities Act as the primary escalation point from L1, managing incidents and service requests. Perform incident triage, categorization, and prioritization (P1–P4). Troubleshoot functional and technical issues using known solutions and workarounds. Investigate logs and basic errors, escalating unresolved issues to L3. Manage user, configuration, and access issues in Xstore and XAdmin. Provide timely communication to business users during incidents. Document troubleshooting steps and update the knowledge base. Support minor enhancements, access requests, and environment configurations. Ensure adherence to ITIL processes (incident, request, change management). Ability to work in a 24/7 global support environment with shift rotations. Must have To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is typically required. 3–5 years of hands-on experience in L2 application support specifically for Oracle Xstore POS. Solid working knowledge of the Oracle Xstore Suite, including: POS XCenter XAdmin EFTLink Strong understanding of retail POS business processes, such as: Sales transactions Settlements Tenders Taxation Loyalty programs Basic technical proficiency in: SQL / PL-SQL XML Log file analysis and error investigation Practical experience using ServiceNow and JIRA for incident and request management. Responsibilities

Act as the primary escalation point from L1, managing incidents and service requests. Troubleshoot functional and technical issues, investigate logs, and manage user and configuration issues in Xstore and XAdmin.
