SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • 3+years previous experience in LAM SABRE equipment installation, maintenance, or assembly.
  • Must be highly knowledgeable of equipment and process
  • Flexibility to support the customer

Responsibilities
  • Tool dismantling and de-installation
  • Daily pre-task planning with customer
  • Removal of chamber kits and fore lines
  • Disconnect and cap all gas and liquid lines
  • Power off the system and related subcomponents
  • Perform complete tool shutdown
  • Follow all LOTO and customer procedures
  • Install caps/plugs, shipping fixtures and casters
  • Comprehensive tool audits & assessment
  • Document all de-installation activities
  • Report on status of Deinstall project
  • Adhere to all safety requirements and protocols
  • Liaise with Customer to deliver safety & quality
