Highlight Motor Freight, USA has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative who’s main objective will be to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction is preserved.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Experience in CSR role in transportation industry (definitely an asset)
  • Professional, courteous, polite, with excellent telephone manners
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Fluency in verbal/written English
  • Strong computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, UFOS)
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Great problem solving skills
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for tracing shipments online and over the phone, providing on-time updates to customers, entering data, printing and distributing order confirmations, solving issues and following up, providing excellent service to external and internal customers.
