Responsibilities:

• Drive store sales goals by promoting La-Z-Boy products, accessories, and services.
• Collaborate with Store Manager, Interior Designer, and selling team to boost overall sales and promote the In-Home Design Program.
• Implement the La-Z-Boy Comfort Selling Process, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
• Utilize sales skills to build rapport, identify customer needs, deliver tailored presentations, handle objections, and maintain ongoing customer contact.
• Maximize store promotions and marketing initiatives while maintaining strong product knowledge and understanding of company standards.
• Support Interior Designer in achieving Design program sales goals by scheduling consultations and presenting customized room designs.
• Provide excellent customer service, including handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic attitude while working alongside colleagues and clients.

Qualifications:

• Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a drive for success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales experience preferred, but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Intermediate computer proficiency
• Must work weekends
