As a Lab Analyst III at ICON, you will be responsible for performing advanced laboratory tests and analyses to support complex clinical research studies. You will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory data, mentoring junior analysts, and contributing to the continuous improvement of laboratory operations and methodologies. What You Will Be Doing: Conducting advanced laboratory tests and analyses, following established protocols and procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Documenting and interpreting complex test results, and providing detailed reports to support clinical research projects. Leading quality control activities, including equipment calibration, troubleshooting, and validation of laboratory processes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize new laboratory methods and workflows to improve efficiency and quality. Mentoring and training junior lab analysts, providing guidance on laboratory best practices and complex analytical techniques. Your Profile: Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, or a related scientific field; advanced degree preferred. 3-5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with expertise in advanced testing procedures and data analysis. Proficiency in operating and maintaining complex laboratory equipment and software for data management and reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and compliance.
