Responsible for pathogenic and non-pathogenic environmental monitoring analysis & reporting as per the Mondelez international policy & approved Mondelez methods Receiving packaging materials (Wrappers, DCs, OCs and indirect materials and conduct the required analysis such as seal strength, compression, grammage..etc Responsible for reviewing COAs (certificate of analysis) come from packaging suppliers and to make sure all tests are complying with MDLZ standard Review actual wrappers, DCs and OCs complying with AW (Artwork). Review allergen declaration in actual wrappers, DCs Vs MDLZ standard Review color of wrappers, DCs Vs standard color shade. Responsible for maintaining GLP of lab as per the Mondelez global standards Contribute to Proficiency test samples and deliver 100% microbiology proficiency result Monitoring of water, plant environment and plant air for microbial contamination and ensuring that they comply to Mondelez and regulatory standards Ensuring compliance to organizational policies including HSE & Quality and Food Safety Responsible for conducting required chemical analysis by using approved Mondelez methods & equipment Responsible for training the core team on chemical analysis and conduct weekly validation on results Responsible for ensuring that RM & PM are within specifications through CoA verification and inbound inspection Responsible to raise lab capabilities to achieve all required inbound inspection Responsible to improve supplier quality through raising quality notifications to suppliers Conduct raw material and packaging materials release within lab lead time Work with Lab Supervisor to monitor & maintain stock levels of lab consumables Education / Certifications: Bachelor degree in Science, Agriculture, food science or Pharmacy. Specialization in microbiology is preferred Up to 2 years if experience in laboratory of food safety, preferably in FMCG industry.
