• Maintain glassware for the laboratory
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas
• Maintain stocks of laboratory supplies and materials and maintain appropriate records
• Follow safety procedures for chemical handling, as appropriate
• Follow batch records, SOPs, and work instructions in detail
• Document all operations in batch records and notebooks
• Comply with GMP protocols
• Assist with and support the operation of large-scale oligonucleotide manufacturing equipment (i.e. oligonucleotide synthesizer, purification skid, tangential flow filtration system, lyophilizer, ChemGlass reactors, pH/conductivity meters, peristaltic pumps, etc.
