Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day lab operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the environment.
Perform racking and stacking of equipment, cabling, and configurations.
Handle customer recreates and provide support for testing environments.
Order equipment, manage lab inventory , and maintain records of topology and platforms.
Troubleshoot networking and hardware issues effectively and independently.
Respond to urgent requests with efficiency and ownership.
Proactively communicate updates to customers and internal teams, ensuring clarity and transparency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Networking (or currently enrolled in a networking-related degree program).
Experience: Basic networking knowledge with hands-on experience in cabling and troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented with a customer-first approac
