About the Role: This role sits within the Professional Hygiene laboratory, supporting the full product system for a leading hygiene product range with a strong focus on dispensers. As a Laboratory Engineer, you will represent the laboratory across multiple functions, support innovation projects, and contribute to product development by conducting thorough testing on tissue materials, dispenser mechanics, and complete product systems. You will collaborate closely with laboratory colleagues, product developers, and innovation teams to deliver product improvements and new solutions. Key Responsibilities: Plan, propose, and perform evaluation and laboratory testing on products. Present, document, and report test results clearly and accurately. Conduct analyses and statistical evaluations to support technical conclusions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laboratory test methods. Develop, evaluate, and validate new laboratory methods when required. Develop and maintain testing equipment, tools, and related setups. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in a relevant technical field such as Textile, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering. Experience in laboratory work or product testing in a global environment is an advantage. Preferably experienced in statistical analysis and using analytical tools or programs. Strong communication and presentation skills, both in writing and verbal discussions. Fluency in written and spoken English.
