JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Lab Manager to lead research and development (R&D) and quality operations within a chemical manufacturing environment for dental products. The Lab Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day laboratory functions, driving innovation in new product development, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to balance R&D innovation with operational excellence. Experience in dental product development is a strong plus.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of laboratory management or senior lab leadership experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or chemical manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA cGMP, and quality management systems.
  • Experience in dental product development or formulation is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record in managing both R&D and quality operations.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with lab equipment, testing methods, and safety protocols.
