OVERVIEW

Client is seeking a hands-on “farm engineer” to support Ops Engineering with lab operations, hardware testing, logistics, and inventory. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with PCIe cards, lab test equipment, and a good understanding of hardware test procedures. This is an onsite and execution-focused role with immediate priority.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3–10 years of experience in hardware lab support, testing, and logistics.
  • Familiarity with PCIe cards, board-level testing, and basic electrical debug.
  • Strong skills in Excel, lab tools, and equipment inventory management.
  • Good understanding of hardware workflows, test equipment, and basic electronics.
  • Excellent organization, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced lab environment.

    Pay: $85,061.34 - $130,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Act as the go-to person for day-to-day lab activities.
  • Manage and maintain test equipment: deployment, calibration, readiness verification (“buy-off”).
  • Perform testing of PCIe and other hardware products using established plans and procedures.
  • Conduct experiments to support engineering and validation efforts.
  • Log and report data using Excel and other internal tools.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting on hardware before escalating issues.
