POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Lab Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations within our laboratory services team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring others, and is passionate about maintaining high standards in scientific operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (Chemistry, Biology, etc.)
• 3+ years of laboratory experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with GMP/GLP standards is a plus

• Supervise and support a team of laboratory professionals
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Coordinate workflow and resource allocation to meet client timelines
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational challenges
