The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the processing and management of specimens, ensuring accuracy and adherence to laboratory protocols. This position is essential for maintaining the high standards of quality and efficiency in our laboratory operations.

EXPERIENCE

• Familiarity with medical terminology is essential for effective communication within the hospital setting.
• Previous experience in a laboratory environment, particularly with laboratory procedures and techniques, is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of basic life support practices is beneficial for ensuring patient safety during specimen collection.
• Experience with specimen collection processing and laboratory management will be considered an asset.
• A background in research laboratories or related fields will enhance your candidacy for this role.

• Perform specimen collection and processing according to established laboratory procedures.
• Conduct venipuncture and other specimen collection techniques with precision and care.
• Utilize medical terminology effectively to communicate with healthcare professionals.
• Assist in the management of laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate records of specimens and laboratory results, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize laboratory workflows and improve efficiency.
• Participate in quality control measures to uphold the standards of laboratory techniques.
• Provide support in research laboratory activities as needed.
