Requirements:

• Diploma in Applied Chemistry, Perfumery and Cosmetic Sciences, or Chemical Engineering.
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a chemistry laboratory environment

Responsibilities:

• Assign and review tasks, periodically adjust resources, mentor staff, and standardize training processes with proper documentation.
• Implement quality management systems to ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, and performance standards.
• Contribute to initiatives for enhancing cost, quality, and efficiency, guided by the Team Lead.
• Coordinate timely equipment calibration and maintain a clean, organized laboratory environment.
• Perform perfume compounding, material selection, and manage related tasks, including documentation, tool cleanliness, odor evaluation prep, material handling, shipping, and robot operations.
