Description Overview: Renstar is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to operate our in-house laboratory. This role supports clinical operations through specimen processing, CLIA-waived testing, and sample preparation for shipment. This position does not require a licensed or certified laboratory technician. Key Responsibilities: Process blood and other specimens according to established procedures Perform CLIA-waived laboratory testing only Properly label, package, and prepare specimens for shipment Maintain accurate records and documentation Ensure compliance with CLIA, safety, and company protocols Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant lab environment Communicate effectively with clinical and administrative staff Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (required) Prior experience in a clinical, laboratory, medical office, or healthcare setting preferred Comfortable handling blood and biological specimens Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow written procedures and protocols Dependable, professional, and able to work independently This position does not require a certified or licensed laboratory technician No moderate or high-complexity testing performed Training: On-the-job training provided CLIA-waived testing protocols will be reviewed upon hire Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods Manual dexterity for specimen handling Ability to lift up to [30] lbs. if applicable
