To continue our success, we are excited to offer an opportunity for a Lab Supervisor.
Reporting to the Quality Manager, this role involves managing a team of 7 Laboratory Technicians to ensure comprehensive understanding and execution of all testing and quality procedures within our food manufacturing environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support and coach your team of Laboratory Technicians
• Manage and calibrate quality instruments, oversee improvements, and relay information across management and team members
• Provide technical expertise on quality systems, including HACCP
• Train and monitor production employees in quality programs and QA techniques
• Manage lab budget and resources
