We are looking for a Lab Support specialist (Endotoxin/Bioburden) to provide exceptional technical support assistance to support lab instruments and software used within the Pharmaceutical, Medical-Device, Biotechnology industries.
You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, promoting products, and ensuring high-quality technical support. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in the field, collaborating with different departments to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Provide on-site technical support at customer premises.
• Respond to technical enquiries via telephone and email.
• Install, validate, and calibrate customer instrumentation.
• Demonstrate and support various software products.
• Assist customers with technical information and troubleshooting.
• Travel nationally as required.
• Maintain and improve procedures within the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.
• Organize calibration and maintenance of equipment.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
