In this role, you will provide essential laboratory support, maintain operational efficiency, and help ensure compliance with established quality and safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a strong foundation in a scientific laboratory environment. Key Responsibilities Verify data for accuracy and completeness Manage samples throughout their lifecycle Organize and maintain laboratory and chemical inventories, including ordering and restocking supplies Perform weekly and quarterly laboratory and equipment cleanings Prepare buffers and other laboratory solutions Calibrate laboratory equipment and maintain the equipment database Operate a wide range of laboratory instruments Conduct routine safety assessments to support a safe working environment Follow all applicable GMP guidelines Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, or a related scientific discipline, or equivalent directly related experience Strong computer proficiency, scientific understanding, and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high attention to detail Ability to work both independently and collaboratively; demonstrates self‑motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude Ability to learn new techniques, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship Additional Information What to Expect in the Interview Process: 10-15 Minute Phone Interview with the Lead Recruiter 60 Minute Interview with Regional Manager The position is full-time, first shift, Monday through Friday.
