Le technicien de laboratoire de contrôle de la qualité (technicien de laboratoire QC) est responsable de l’échantillonnage, des analyses, de l’enregistrement et de l’analyse des résultats de laboratoire au sein de l’équipe des services techniques. Le technicien de laboratoire QC fournit un soutien technique pour assurer un fonctionnement efficace et efficient du laboratoire tout en respectant les directives de qualité, de sécurité et de sûreté des produits décrites dans les certifications ISO de l’entreprise.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Quality Control Laboratory Technician (QC Laboratory Technician) is responsible for sampling, testing, recording, and analyzing laboratory results within the Technical Services team. The QC Laboratory Technician provides technical support to ensure effective and efficient operation of the laboratory while adhering to the product quality, safety, and security guidelines outlined in the company’s ISO certifications.

4. Effective communication skills with machine operators

6. Microsoft Word and Excel an asset

1. Perform product quality inspection by quantitative and qualitative analysis according to the company’s quality control plan to validate product specifications and ensure that they meet customers’ quality requirements.
2. Record lab test results in the data entry system.
3. Works closely and communicates effectively with operators for any non-compliant product to find a solution together.
4. Reports any quality non-conformances in the factory in the internal non-conformance system
5. Prepares product certificate of analysis documents and sends them to designated customers.
6. Identifies, organizes and classifies all retained samples collected in accordance with the laboratory sample control plan in the archive.
7. Maintains cleanliness, organization, and methodical, systematic flow in the laboratory environment at all times
