COLANAR IS LOOKING FOR A RELIABLE AND DETAIL-ORIENTED LAB TECHNICIAN TO SUPPORT OUR MANUFACTURING TEAM.

This is an entry-level, part-time role with flexible hours—ideal for students, recent graduates, or early-career professionals seeking hands-on experience in a cleanroom environment. The position offers 20–25 hours per week and can be structured as a contract-to-permanent opportunity or internship, depending on your availability and career goals.
The Lab Technician plays a critical role in assembling, testing, inspecting, and packaging single-use assemblies within a controlled manufacturing environment. Precision, consistency, and a commitment to quality are essential for success in this role.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented tasks
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work safely around manufacturing equipment and chemicals
  • Comfortable reading and writing in English for documentation purposes
  • No prior experience required — we’ll provide training

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assemble components according to technical drawings, batch records, and internal procedures
  • Inspect products and packaging to ensure quality and integrity standards are met
  • Accurately label and document production activities for traceability
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Collaborate with QA personnel to address and resolve non-conformities
  • Operate tools and equipment in accordance with safety protocols
  • Adhere to all company policies, SOPs, and cleanroom regulations
  • 20-25 hours/week (part-time)
  • Comfortable routinely wearing a hair net and cleanroom suit as part of daily responsibilities
