Description
The Department of Critical Care Medicine in the Cumming School of Medicine invites applications for a Lab Technician. This Full-time Fixed Term position is for approximately 1 year (based on length of grant funding), with the possibility of extension.
This position reports to the Principal Investigator.
The research technician will perform routine tasks of moderate to high-complexity, and contribute to coordinating laboratory operations. Examples include conducting laboratory assays and analysis including (but not limited to) intravital microscopy, animal husbandry, animal handling and infection models , and high dimensional flow cytometry. They will work in a collaborative team environment, but have independent tasks, with day-to-day duties as directed by the principal investigator.
