LAB TECHNICIAN – RECENT GRADUATE OR SECOND JOBBER

Duration: 6 Months Minimum
Location: Hayes, Middlesex
Pay: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour (with scope to increase after 6 months)
Start Dates & Hours: Immediate - Monday–Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm (1 hour lunch)

ARE YOU A SCIENCE GRADUATE OR EARLY-CAREER LAB ASSISTANT LOOKING TO GET HANDS-ON IN A BUSY, HIGH-PERFORMING LAB?

Our client, a global name in the health and wellbeing industry, is seeking a bright, analytical individual to join their laboratory technical team on a 6-month temporary contract. You’ll be based 100% in the lab, supporting the preparation and measurement of raw materials that go into cutting-edge product development.
If you’re methodical, curious, and confident using lab equipment – this could be the perfect step into the industry.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Measuring, compounding, and preparing raw materials following standard lab practices
• Working to specific targets using in-house software for specific measurement and instructions
• Handling materials safely and accurately – precision is key!
• Supporting the wider team with quality checks and inventory rotation
• Ensuring a clean, organised and safety-compliant workspace at all times
