ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) Chemistry / Applied Chemical /Science Background with 1-2 years experience in laboratory
  • Domiciled in Malang
  • Maximum 28 years old
  • Fluent in English (Reading, writing, speaking)
  • Computer Skill (MS Office, excel)
  • Quality Management System ISO17025
  • Basic Analytical Statistics
  • Solid knowledge in Manufacturing Process & Laboratory Instrumentations
  • Basic knowledge fundamental, operating, troubleshooting of analytical instrumentations (GC, HPLC, GCMSMS, LCMSMS, Autoanalyzer, physical test station instruments)
  • Good analytical thinking
  • Have & want to develop to be a Leader
  • High initiative and creativity
  • Effective Communication, Teamwork and good coordination

Responsibilities

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

You are responsible to review and managing the needs of laboratory test materials such as consumable parts, chemicals and other requirement based on the demand and the current process. Ensuring, managing, and checking the performance of the instruments before used and during the testing process. Proceed the testing based on the methodology and the relevant working instruction and ensure the process in laboratory in line with the implementation and compliance of ISO 17025

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Review and managing the needs of laboratory test materials such as consumable parts, chemicals and other requirement based on the demand and the current process
  • Review, control and managing availability of goods or materials needs by the laboratory
  • Prepare reports of non-compliance with testing
  • Ensuring and monitoring the conditions of accommodation and laboratory environment
  • Ensuring, managed and checking the performance of the instruments before used and during the testing process
  • Proceed the testing based on the methodology and the relevant working instruction and ensure the compliance of the process
  • Handle sample/tested items align and comply with the working instruction
  • Analyzing and reviewing analytical data validity and accuracy
  • Review and ensure the Laboratory system (LIMS) implementation comply with the data validity, traceability and accuracy
  • Review, Verifying and signing the test result data and ensure all the data are valid and accurate
  • Monitor the need for calibration and verification of measurement / testing equipment
  • Ensure and monitor the quality assurance process complied and in the acceptance range
  • Manage stock inventory of testing equipment, consumables and the chemicals used on the laboratory
  • Ensure and manage the implementation compliance of ISO 17025 technical requirement for documentation, technical record and other specific technical requirements
  • Improve and review the initiatives and opportunities for the simplification and process efficiency in the current process.
