WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Lab Tech I (Seasonal position) you’ll jump into hands-on lab work that keeps things moving: * Run chemical tests that help keep the lights on (literally). * Record results and enter data with accuracy. * Follow safety procedures (we’ll train you). * Work with a supportive team that values quality and fun. * Tackle other lab duties as they come up. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * High School Diploma or GED (chemistry - Science coursework ). * 1–2 years of lab experience, but we’ll train motivated learners. * Basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook, data entry). * Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to roll up your sleeves. * Interest in learning tests like Liquid Screen, Karl Fischer, Power Factor, or FTIR. Responsibilities

Perform chemical tests on insulating liquids and accurately record and enter the resulting data. Maintain laboratory safety standards and support the team with various lab duties to ensure electrical system reliability.
