POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking an Analytical Coordinator / Lab Technician to join our PD and QC teams. This role is ideal for recent graduates or Master’s students nearing completion in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related disciplines. The selected candidate will play a key role in analytical testing, quality control, and product development for our ingredient portfolio.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related fields.
• Master’s students nearing graduation are also encouraged to apply.
• Skills & Experience:
• Knowledge of analytical testing techniques (e.g., HPLC, GC, spectroscopy, titration).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 40 per week

• Perform independent analytical testing to support product development and quality assurance of Lonza’s ingredient portfolio.
• Facilitate technology transfer and assist with onboarding local/global testing laboratories.
• Conduct competitive product evaluations through lab testing and data analysis.
• Support the development and validation of stability testing methods for customer-specific finished products.
• Identify and implement innovative analytical methods to improve testing accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor market trends to provide competitive insights and technical recommendations.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to address technical inquiries from customers with accurate and timely information.
