THE POSITION

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician with expertise in resin-based 3D printing and material testing to join our R&D team on a 7 month fixed term basis. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing resin formulations, operating 3D printing equipment, and characterizing materials and printed parts using a variety of analytical tools. You will play a key role in advancing the development of cutting-edge materials and processes, contributing to innovation in a collaborative, international environment.
Requirements:

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Prepare resin formulations according to specification
• Operate 3D printing equipment (Prusa, Miicraft, Nexa, …) to produce test specimens and benchmark parts
• Characterize resins and printed parts using a wide range of analytical tools (rheology, thermo-mechanics, …)
• Record, organize and maintain detailed logs of experimental procedures and results
• Preparation of reports summarizing experimental outcomes and presenting data to the R&D tea
• Ensure proper storage and disposal of materials and chemicals used in the laboratory
