QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE

• Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

QUALIFICATIONS WE PREFER

• Analytical mindset and ability to troubleshoot
• Familiarity of safety practices in a laboratory environment
• Possess strong computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Manufacturing Lab experience
• Experience utilizing various test instruments

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Analyze fluid properties of oils, fuels, and solvents using multiple analytical techniques and instrumentation.
• Perform automated and manual particle counting
• Prepare and analyze debris recovered from aerospace filter elements
• Determine thermal properties of aerospace polymers via DSC analysis
• Prepare analysis results in reports and communicating to personnel
• Ensure on-time delivery of production work and projects
• Perform activities related to general lab operations including record keeping, equipment preventative maintenance and calibration, 5S, safety inspections, and maintaining a stock of supplies and consumables.
