Working alongside supportive leaders, you'll be encouraged to experiment and innovate, contributing to common goals that have a tangible impact on both the community and the environment.   What You'll Do Your positive attitude and commitment to learn will shine as you take charge of: * Daily ISO Paper and combined board testing (ECT, Caliper, Ring Crush, and TST Testing) * Receiving and processing materials daily as they arrive from all Pratt locations * Conduct and report ISTA testing * Work directly with customers and Pratt locations to coordinate testing efforts * Ensure all testing is completed in compliance with: ASTM, ISTA, and Tappi standards * Assist with coordinating special testing projects from: Manufacturing plants, Paper Mills or Management * Conduct and report performance testing of combined board (Caliper, Score Bend, Burst, Pin Adhesion, Flat Crush, Slide Angle/COF, ECT, etc.) * Conduct and report performance testing of paper (Caliper, Cobb, Ply Bond, SCT, RCT, STIFI, Tensile, Water Drop, etc.) * Conduct and Report Structural Box Testing (Compression, Drop Test, Vibration) A Rewarding Exchange What You Give: What You Get: * Dedication to safety and sustainability. * Team collaboration and communication. * Adherence to production and company protocols. * A supportive, growth-oriented culture. * Career development in an industry-leading company. * The joy of working with 100% recycled materials.
