• Support QM & PD Executive into monitoring and maintaining production operations in accordance to GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 requirements.
• Assist plant operations food safety and quality control for production, incoming inspection, and other QA/QC activities throughout the manufacturing process.
• Conduct routine QC checks in accordance with the documented HACCP Plan and Procedures.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Food Science and Technology or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of QA/QC experience in food industry .
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications
• Keen to be hands-on in performing laboratory testing and product evaluation on the shop floor.
