What You’ll Do as a Lab Technician As a key player in our Quality Control team, you’ll help ensure our materials meet the highest standards of excellence. Your work keeps our products strong, safe, and built to last! Test and inspect aggregate and asphalt to meet PennDOT, AASHTO, and customer standards Communicate with plant teams to ensure accuracy and top-quality shipments Maintain detailed reports for state and customer compliance Jump in to support lab and production needs as they arise What You Bring to the Team We’re looking for someone who is curious, committed, and ready to contribute: 1–2 years of lab experience preferred NECEPT Level 1 certification required Aggregate Technician certification = a big plus! Strong communication and teamwork skills Able to work independently and manage priorities with ease Comfortable with Microsoft Office Willing to work overtime during peak seasons Work Environment & Physical Requirements This role fits someone who enjoys both lab and hands-on work: Indoor/outdoor environment — rain or shine, we get the job done Ability to walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate equipment or machinery Safety is our #1 priority — always Position Details Status: Full-Time | FLSA: Non-Exempt | Reports To: Quality Control Leadership Duties, responsibilities, and work activities may evolve or change as business necessitates.
