POSITION SUMMARY: The Lab/X-Ray Technician performs laboratory procedures under the supervision of and as ordered by the physician. Also, cross-trained in x-ray techniques and the running of EKG's. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent; certification from an approved Phlebotomist or Certified Medical Assistant training program; experience with the public; the ability to maintain composure when confronted with fast-paced and stressful situations; pleasant attitude; neat appearance; excellent communication skills; excellent telephone communication skills; previous experience in a laboratory at a multi-specialty clinic. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
