Inland is a family-owned business (78 years- to be exact) that invests in cutting edge technology and provides endless career advancement opportunities.    Location: 3030 Airport Road La Crosse, WI 54601 Starting Wage: $19.00/hour + $2.00/hour shift differential Shift: 10 Hour Nights Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM Typical Day in the Role:  The Label Finishing Support Associate is responsible for tasks that include: * Material Handling * Move and/or replace gaylords and pallets between production, staging areas and receiving. * Manage press “Work in Progress” staging areas and WIP transferred between facilities. * Deliver supplies to production lines and move pallets between production and staging areas. * Label Finishing * Cross-train into various positions such as Label Line Associate, Offline Jogger and Manual Cutter Operator. * Prepare and palletize cartons, clear out jobs, make partial cartons and complete documentation of label count and combo worksheets. * Pre-cut chipboard. * Operate label-compressing machine and band skids. * Other Responsibilities * Perform general housekeeping in production areas; sweep and maintain good organization in the production area. * Operate all powered industrial trucks and box truck. * Assists in developing the departments Standard Operating Procedures    Qualifications:  * High school diploma or general education degree required * Highly motivated with a positive attitude  * Willingness to utilize and learn new technology   Benefits:  * Shift Differential and Weekend Incentive * Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays * Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance  * 401K Employer Match and Profit Sharing Plan  * Paid Uniforms, PPE, and Footwear * Compensation Reviews Every 6 Months                                                                                                                   To start your career with Inland with this entry-level role, click the “Apply Now” for immediate consideration.
